    Natalie Powell, MS RD LD

    Master of Science (MS)

    Registered Dietitian (RD)

    Licensed Dietitian (LD)

    (She/Her)

    (Virtual & In-person)

Originally from North Texas, Natalie moved to Central Texas to attend Texas State University, where she earned her BS in 2023 and her MS in 2026. Alongside her MS, she completed her dietetic internship through Keith & Associates, gaining experience in clinical care, public health nutrition, food service, and entrepreneurship. During graduate school, she helped lead Bobcat Bounty, Texas State’s campus food pantry. These and other community-based experiences deepened her understanding of the realities of food and nutrition access and the many factors that shape a person’s relationship with food.

Natalie’s interest in nutrition began at age 15 after adopting a plant-based lifestyle for personal motivations regarding animal welfare and the environment. Over time, that initial curiosity developed into a broader passion for exploring the ways in which food intersects with health, community, and the systems that shape our well-being. During her undergraduate education, she was introduced to Intuitive Eating, which sparked a lasting interest in challenging diet culture and cultivating a flexible, compassionate approach to nutrition. Her experience in eating disorder treatment further shaped her approach to Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and weight-inclusive nutrition care.

Natalie takes an anti-diet, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition care and believes that health is about more than individual food choices. She strives to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can explore their relationship with food, movement, and body image and work toward goals that support both their physical and mental well-being. She is particularly passionate about making nutrition information accessible and practical to accommodate the diverse needs of her clients.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys playing guitar, practicing yoga, reading, exploring the outdoors, attending live shows, and spending time with her dog.
