Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions in addition to in-person appointments at our Round Rock location. Our dietitians serve clients across Texas and 13 additional states via telehealth, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

We do not perform labs or testing in our office. If lab work is needed as part of your care, we will coordinate with your primary care provider or refer you to a local lab facility.

As a weight-inclusive practice, we do not require weighing as part of our sessions. If a weight is clinically necessary for your care, we offer blind weighing so you don't have to see the number. Your comfort and safety always come first.

Yes! You're welcome to bring a support person to your appointment. A Release of Information (ROI) will need to be signed before they can participate in the session. Just let your dietitian know ahead of time so we can have the form ready.
